As our rental equipment consists of high-value outdoor gear, we kindly require a security deposit at the time of rental. This policy helps ensure that equipment is returned properly and allows us to maintain the quality of our gear for future guests.
The security deposit is generally equal to the value of the rented items.

This deposit simply ensures that all equipment is returned and maintained in good condition.
The deposit will be fully refunded once the rented gear is returned in acceptable condition.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to leave a deposit, you may provide a valid passport copy, which will be securely held and returned once all rented items are returned.
We sincerely value the trust of our guests and do not intend for the deposit to be an inconvenience. However, due to previous situations where equipment was not returned, this policy helps ensure that all gear is handled responsibly and remains available for future trekkers.
Guests are responsible for all rented equipment from the time it is collected until it is returned.
We kindly ask that all items be returned:
Normal trekking wear is expected, but any significant damage or missing items may result in additional charges.
If an item is lost, not returned, or cannot be located, the replacement cost listed in the equipment table will be charged.
This allows us to replace the item so we can continue offering the same service to other trekkers.
If equipment is returned damaged, repair charges may apply depending on the severity of the damage.
The repair costs listed are general guidelines, and the final cost will depend on the actual condition of the returned item.

All equipment is checked together with the guest at the time of collection and return to ensure transparency and fairness.

We kindly ask guests to return rented equipment at the agreed return time.
If items are returned significantly later than agreed, an 50% of rental day may be charged.
We understand that trekking gear will naturally get dirty during use. However, we kindly ask guests to take reasonable care of the equipment.
Items returned in extremely dirty or poorly maintained condition may require additional cleaning fees.
All rental equipment should be used only for its intended outdoor purpose. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper use may result in repair or replacement charges.
